  • 2026 AFRAM Festival Bar Vendor Request for Questions & Guidelines

    AFRAM Festival is one of the largest African American cultural festivals on the East Coast and a signature event produced by Baltimore City Recreation and Parks.

    In 2026, AFRAM will celebrate its 50th Anniversary, marking a historic milestone for the festival and the City of Baltimore.

    The three-day festival attracts more than 300,000 attendees and features:

    National and local musical performances

    Cultural programming and community engagement

    Food and retail vendors

    Family activities

    Health and wellness programming

    Sponsor activations and community partners

    The festival takes place in Druid Hill Park in Baltimore, Maryland and includes multiple stages, vendor areas, and sponsor activations.

    The Baltimore Civic Fund serves as the request for qualifications (RFQ) administrator in partnership with Baltimore City Recreation and Parks.

  • Doula Capacity Scholarship Fund

    The Baltimore City Doula Capacity Scholarship Fund will support doulas in obtaining Medicaid certification and integrating into Baltimore City’s care coordination system. By removing financial and logistical barriers, this program aims to create a sustainable pathway for doulas to provide essential support to high-risk mothers, ultimately improving maternal and infant health outcomes. The Baltimore Civic Fund serves as the grant program administrator, while Sweet Bee Services will serve as service provider in partnership with the Baltimore City Health Department.

  • 2025 ARPA Artist Grant Fund

    The City of Baltimore, under the leadership of Mayor Brandon Scott, is committed to fostering an equitable and inclusive recovery for individuals impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency. Through Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) in federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, the City has established the Artist Grant Award to provide direct financial assistance to local artists affected between March 14, 2020, and June 30, 2021.

  • Environmental Offset Grant Program

    The City of Baltimore is currently accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations wishing to access Critical Area Management Program (CAMP) and Forest Conservation Offset monies. This grant is intended to encourage past and prospective grantees to develop exciting ideas for projects that will restore and expand our tree canopy and urban forests, improve the quality of our waterways, and improve quality of life and habitat in Baltimore.

  • Digital Equity Fund - Round 2

    The Digital Equity Fund aims to help bridge the digital divide in Baltimore City. In April 2023, Baltimore City launched the Digital Equity Fund to support the creation of community-led digital inclusion plans and provide funding for communities to bring those plans to life.
