Statement on Standing as a Charitable Organization in the State of Maryland

The Baltimore Civic Fund takes seriously our commitment to stewardship of public funding. Our organization is in good standing with the State of Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation. Further, we have previously submitted all required documentation to the Maryland Secretary of State for continued registration as a charitable organization operating in Maryland, and the Secretary's office is working to process our documentation. We look forward to continued partnership with the State and City of Baltimore on behalf of the residents we serve.
