Proposers may submit a budget that spans $40,000 for six months if they choose to and have a rationale for that spend based on the scope of work.

Yes, should a second term beyond six months be agreed to by the CRRC and the contractor, funding totals would be determined at the time of renewal. There is no set budget for a possible second term.

Each proposal will be weighed for completion and responsiveness to the scope of work. Reasonable added costs will be considered outside of the requested scope.
