Yes, should a second term beyond six months be agreed to by the CRRC and the contractor, funding totals would be determined at the time of renewal. There is no set budget for a possible second term. 

Each proposal will be weighed for completion and responsiveness to the scope of work. Reasonable added costs will be considered outside of the requested scope.

Separate funding may be available for community participation.

Yes; partner's relevant experience is fine, as long as qualifications meet RFP specifications.

Submitting as a solo practitioner is allowable. Since sole proprietors are not required to register with the state, we require a statement from the applicant noting that they do not currently owe any tax obligations, with a wet or electronically certified signature. In the field where an applicant would upload their Certificate of Good Standing, please upload the following statement, verbatim.

I certify that I am in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax obligations, or that I have entered into an approved payment arrangement with the appropriate taxing authority. I understand that providing false information may result in withholding or repayment of public funds.

Please include a wet (handwritten) signature or a digital signature with a certified time stamp (e.g., Adobe Sign, Docusign, Nitro, etc.).

No. Currently comms is self-managed by the Commission. Handoff will be straightforward.

The Commission is not currently using a CMS. After assessment and implementation meetings with the Commission's Comms Committee, additional elements may be agreed upon. Contractor should be prepared for all aspects of a complete comms life cycle.

Yes, there are portions of this available, others would need to be developed in concert with contractor

IG and FB currently; we are looking to establish other channels in concert with contractor support.

The $60,000 maximum award is intended primarily to cover the selected consultant’s professional services and core scope of work. Proposers should identify any anticipated third-party or pass-through production expenses—including photography, videography, specialized graphic design, printing, translation/interpretation, paid media, or similar costs—separately in their proposed budget. Where possible, proposers should provide reasonable estimates for these expenses and clearly distinguish them from professional fees. CRRC anticipates that certain significant third-party expenses may be considered separately from the $60,000 award, subject to availability of funds, prior approval, and the specific communications strategy ultimately adopted. Proposers should also not assume that additional funding is guaranteed and are encouraged to identify which production expenses they consider essential, recommended, or optional to successfully execute the proposed scope.
