Alexandra (Alli) Smith serves as the Chief of Partnership & Philanthropic Strategy with the Baltimore Mayor’s Office. She is a dedicated public servant, having served under four mayoral administrations, and she has a diverse background in public administration, community engagement, human services, and youth justice. 

Before entering City Hall, Alli worked on various political campaigns and was an elementary and middle school teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools. Her career has been defined by her commitment to advancing equity, engaging communities, serving the public, and driving positive change. Outside of work, Alli prides herself on cultivating her amateur chef skills and being a dog mom.
